Introducing my latest photography project, for my collection on living with chronic illness,
‘Girl in a Bottle’
One of the hardest pills for me to swallow
has been that I must take a cocktail of 18 pills a day in order to maintain stable health
after a few weeks of this, I began to feel trapped
drowning in a sea of the pills designed to save me
I felt confined by these vessels of plastic sealed with a cap
like a genie trapped in a lamp
