We accept returns/exchanges if the product is damaged upon arrival, including but not limited to: creases and folds, tears, and discoloration. If a product is damaged you must email an image of the product to : Holland@HollandHausArt.com within 2 weeks of receiving the damaged product. We will replace said damaged item with an item of equal value, or refund the total cost of said item less shipping fees, at no additional cost to the buyer.
Holland Haus Art is responsible for processing orders within 3 business days, unless otherwise indicated, or unless the product is made-to-order or commissioned. Made-to-order and commission piece processing and shipping times are indicated within the quote or on the item description.
Standard shipping within the US is 5-7 business days, or 3-5 business days for priority shipping. International shipping is 15-25 business days standard shipping, or 10-18 for priority shipping. All shipments over $50 in value will be insured through the postal service.
